- Oversaw advocacy and organizing efforts around access to higher education,
- Set messaging and generated over 600 media hits, including from AP, New York Times, Washington Post, NBC, ABC, and CBS,
- Managed outreach to federal, state, and agency policymakers, including testimony before the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee,
- Conducted surveys and investigations to inform and publish 4 research reports,
- Drafted grant proposals to secure over $800,000 in funding,
- Ran over 40 conference workshops and briefings for a students, faculty and staff, fellow organizers, and other stakeholders.
- Hired and trained fellows at the start of their advocacy careers.

Organizing Director, August 2014 – December 2014
- Managed a team of three full-time organizers and worked directly on campuses to recruit a core group of students and develop them as leaders,
- Developed shared metrics and goals among a broad spectrum of state and campus groups,
- Problem-solved to balance limited resources and staff shortfalls while striving to hit high grant deliverables in a short period of time,
- Generated almost 30,000 student voter contacts in one month before the election.

- Created and oversaw three-month citizen outreach plans resulting in more than 80,000 one-on-one conversations and raising nearly $1 million for public interest causes,
- Measured progress based on specific indicators and milestones, and adjusted tactics to course correct when necessary.

- Led voter outreach efforts in northeast Connecticut towns,
- Recruited, developed, and maintained a volunteer base of community members, party officials, local leaders, and candidates in a stressful environment,
- Managed and tracked large amounts of data and volunteer shifts, generating tens of thousands of voter contacts in less than 5 months.
